Personal Style Study: Jewish folktales
This project was an exercise in style development. Using the prompt of the four seasons, Jewish folktales were selected for each illustration to hone in on a more personal drawing style. The illustrations were then mocked-up as decorative plates that one could use to share as gifts or style their home. Though each story is separate, they connect through a shared cultural identity across the diaspora.
